Kelly Osborne – Chief Executive Officer
Kelly is responsible for executing the strategic plans and policies of the company by overseeing the design, marketing, promotion, production, delivery and quality of programs, products and services. He leads others in achieving the company's mission and consistently presenting a strong, positive image in behalf of all relevant stakeholders. He has nearly 30 years of aerospace engineering experience. Prior to joining Griffith in 1990, he was an Engineering Supervisor at General Dynamics and Plant Manager at General Semi-Conductors in the latter's Cottonwood facility. Kelly attended and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
Michael Bergen – Chief Financial Officer
Mike is responsible for administrative, financial, personnel and risk management functions. He is the liaison with legal, external accountant and insurance professionals; he oversees compliance with government regulations and customer business relationship guidelines and employee benefits administration. Prior to joining Griffith in 1987, Mike worked for Valley National Bank of Arizona (currently Chase Bank) in branch management. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Biology from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Michael Fruchey – Director of Operations
Mike oversees the company's operations including purchasing and contracts administration. Prior to joining Griffith in 1987, Mike was a US Navy Electricians Mate responsible for operating and maintaining power generation and sourcing and maintaining power equipment inventory aboard the submarine USS Dace. Mike completed the US Navy's Advance Technical Training School.
Al Silvestro – Quality Assurance Manager
Al is responsible for managing the engineering quality assurance function, including planning tests, writing procedures and executing and overseeing tests to validate product design. He maintains quality records, tracks on-schedule performance, monitors failure causes and drives-to-zero production-failure rates. Before joining Griffith in 1991, Al was an Electronics Technician at Motorola's Semiconductors and Government Solutions divisions. He holds an FAA Airman's Certificate with a Repairman XII rating.
David Selden – Director of Sales and Marketing
Dave is responsible for implementing the company's strategy for developing new customer relationships. He oversees the activities of manufacturer's sales representatives. Prior to joining Griffith in 2007, Dave worked for Honeywell International performing engineering duties in pneumatic, electrical systems and turbine engine controls disciplines for that firm's commercial aircraft systems group. His work experience includes OEM qualification and development, new products support and aftermarket repair and overhaul support. Dave received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northern Arizona University and a Masters of Business Administration from Jacksonville State University.
